Cookie Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies By30Days uses on this website (by30days.com) and in the By30Days panel. It complements the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website keeps in your browser to remember something between pages or visits, for example that you are signed in. Local storage does a similar job, but it stays in your browser and is not sent with your requests.
2. This website
This website sets no cookies and keeps nothing in your browser's storage. It runs no analytics and no advertising.
3. The panel
The panel uses only cookies that are necessary for it to work: without them you could not stay signed in or keep your settings from page to page. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, so we do not ask for consent and do not show a cookie banner.
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| sb-… | your sign-in session, set by our authentication provider | until you sign out; refreshed while you use the panel |
| NEXT_LOCALE | the interface language you chose | 1 year |
| ACTIVE_SUB_ACCOUNT | the workspace you are working in | browser session |
| __Host-oauth_nonce | protects the connection of a channel through OAuth | 10 minutes |
| IMPERSONATION, imp-restore-… | only on platform-administrator sessions that open a user's panel for support | up to 12 hours |
4. Bot protection
On the sign-in and sign-up pages, our bot-protection provider may set a cookie to tell people from bots. It keeps automated sign-ups and password guessing out and is necessary for those forms to work.
5. Local storage
The theme and the width of the support chat list are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your browser.
6. Managing cookies
You can see and delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you block the panel's cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
7. Changes to this policy
When we change the cookies we use, we publish the new version here with its date.
