Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and By30Days ("we"). They govern your use of the By30Days service: the panel, its API and the e-mails we send about your account. By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

By30Days researches topics you choose across public web and social sources, drafts articles and posts from those sources with the help of AI models, and publishes what you approve to the channels you connect. The service assists your editorial work; it does not replace it. Every draft is a proposal until a person on your team reviews and publishes it.

2. Accounts and teams

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account details. You are responsible for keeping your password and second factor safe and for everything done under your account, including by the team members you invite. Tell us at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. An account owner may invite editors and is responsible for their use of the account.

3. Your content

Everything you create or upload in the service is yours: topics, materials, styles, media, drafts and their versions, edits, translations and the posts you publish ("your content"). This includes what the AI models generate for you from your topics, materials and instructions. Whether a generated draft is protected by copyright depends on the law where you are and on how much you shaped it; whatever rights exist in it are yours, not ours. We claim no rights in your content, and where the law gives us any rights in a generated draft, we assign them to you. Our role is to store and process your content on your instruction.

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process, display and transmit your content solely as needed to provide the service, including sending it to the AI model providers and connected platforms described in the Privacy Policy. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train models, do not sell it, and do not publish or show it to anyone outside your team except on your instruction or as the Privacy Policy describes. You can ask for a copy of your content in a portable format at any time. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for what you publish.

4. AI-generated drafts

Drafts are produced by third-party AI models from public sources. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and may resemble their sources. You must review every draft before publishing it, verify facts and quotes against the linked sources, and decide yourself whether it may be published. You are the publisher of everything published through your channels and bear editorial responsibility for it, including any disclosure of AI assistance that the law or a platform requires where you publish.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to: break the law or the rights of others; publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive or infringing; collect personal data about individuals beyond what the research feature returns for a topic; circumvent limits, probe or disrupt the service; resell the service; or use it on behalf of someone who is not allowed to. We may suspend an account that breaches these Terms, after notice where reasonable.

6. Connected platforms

When you connect a channel (for example Telegram, Bluesky or Mastodon), you authorize us to store the credentials you provide and to publish there on your instruction. You are responsible for complying with that platform's terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or actions of those platforms.

7. Credits and payment

The service is paid with prepaid credits. Each paid operation deducts credits at the rate shown in the panel before you run it; prices may change for future operations. Credits granted free of charge (for example on sign-up) have no cash value. Purchased credits are non-refundable unless the law of your country requires otherwise. We never see or store card details: payments are processed by a payment provider.

8. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service available and publish its status at status.by30days.com, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features; if a change materially reduces the service you paid for, we will tell you in advance where reasonable.

9. Privacy and security

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Please report security vulnerabilities to the contact published at /.well-known/security.txt.

10. Intellectual property

The service, its software, design and documentation belong to By30Days and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights to them other than the use of the service. Your content is not part of the service in this sense: it stays yours under section 3.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected]; deletion follows the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms. Unused credits on termination are handled under section 7.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including that drafts will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will defend us against third-party claims that arise from content you publish through the service or from your breach of these Terms, and cover the resulting damages and reasonable costs, provided we notify you promptly and let you control the defence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. For material changes we will notify you by e-mail or in the panel at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new Terms.
